We are Phoenix Care, a reliable and professional domiciliary care company located in the centre of Wellington, providing care needs for you and your loved one across Telford.
Our highly skilled, dedicated staff have provided care for 20 years plus and have experience in all kinds of care situations.
Domiciliary care supports people living in their own homes, often when additional support with daily life tasks is required. Support for example with personal care, household tasks, preparing and cooking meals or any other activity that allows them to promote and maintain their independence and quality of life. Often this also allows a family carer, looking after a loved one to have much-needed rest or respite.
Our Domiciliary care packages includes care at home, social visits, but all refer to the same service – a carer visiting your home at times during the day to provide care and support. We can arrange for a carer to visit you once, twice or three or more times a day from 30 minutes to an hour or more depending on your care and support needs.
We are team of flexible carers, managers, and support staff we are ideally placed to deliver the right care exactly as it is needed.

Our Bespoke Services
We provide bespoke packages of care from as little as 1 hour per week to 4 calls per day and double ups for when more intensive care is required. We can also offer night sittings where appropriate. We work with you to discuss your care needs and those of your loved ones. Together we tailor a care plan that gives the right support from the start.
Morning
We offer personal care including full body wash, bathing or shower, hair wash. We can assist you with dressing and undressing if you are not able to do this for yourself.
We can help you with your breakfast, medication administration from a Dossett box provided by your Pharmacy, bed-making
We can even change your bedding for you and load your washing machine and or drier.
Daytime
A daytime visit can include the safe preparation of microwave meals or preparing and cooking meals.
Will assist you with your medication, if it is in Dossett box provided by your pharmacy, or just prompt you if maybe you forget sometimes.
A day time visit is a welcome way to keep clients feeling safe, secure and comforted.
Evening
Providing personal care, assisting with undressing into night wear making drink and light supper if required. Assisting into bed or just getting ready for bed.
